Dare to Be Happy

When you are unhappy it is generally because you do not visualize strongly enough the great things that you definitely want to accomplish in life nor do you employ steadfastly enough your will power, your creative ability, and your patience until your dreams are materialized.
Happiness depends to some extent upon external conditions, but chiefly upon mental attitudes.
In order to be happy one should have good health, a well-balanced mind, a prosperous life, the right work, a thankful heart, and above all, wisdom or knowledge of God.
Sri Paramahansa Yogananda

Many people don’t allow themselves to be enthusiastic, light-hearted, inspired, relaxed, or happy-especially at work.
It seems they are frightened at what a happy demeanour would be like to other people, including co-workers, clients, and employers.
They assume, "Someone who is relaxed (or happy) must not be a hard worker." If you dare to be happy, your life will begin to change immediately.
Your life and work will take on greater significance and will be experienced as an extraordinary adventure.
Richard Carlson.
